We supply:
High voltage cables with XPLE insulation and sheaths of corrugated aluminium, plastic, or polyethylene. We trade in 110/10kV 110/35kV 10/0.4kV transformers of a rated power between 10 kW and 200 MW.
Cables with Aluminium Sheath
Large diameter conductors are manufactured using a 5-segment technology, which is resistant to ageing and retains the parameters.
- The insulation filler is completely contamination free and the semiconductor layer is even.
- The production facilities make an ideally clean closed system; therefore, the insulation remains contamination free and the surface of semiconductors is not deformed.
- A special system for filtering, granule load, and internal cooling is used.
- Due to the technology of a secondary conductor, the external insulation is very even, and the external surface of the cable heats up less, thus reducing the risk of deformations.
- The process of gas removal is both used to remove the methane gas which is emitted by the cable’s insulation due to the chemical reactions of XLPE, and to eliminate the residual strains of the insulation.
- The copper wire screen, which covers the semiconductor layer, eliminates partial discharges and improves the cable’s thermal radiation.
- The thickness of the continuous corrugated aluminium sheath, as well as the form and density of its corrugation are optimal; therefore, the cable is very rigid, particularly flexible and water tight.

Cables with Plastic Sheaths
- Copper or aluminium conductor with XLPE insulation, corrugated aluminium and PVC (or PE) sheath;
- The product is manufactured following the standards GB11017 and IEC60840;
- Suitable for electricity transmission and distribution networks of 64/110 kV.
Performance characteristics:
- Voltage: Uo/U:64/l110 kV;
- Maximum allowable continuous working temperature of the conductor is 90 °C;
- Maximum allowable short circuit temperature cannot exceed 250 °C (for 5 s);
- The air temperature during laying cannot be lower than 0 °C;
- The bending radius must be at least 25 diameters of the cable.

Transformers
- We trade in power transformers of 110/10 kV 110/35 kV 10/0.4 kV.
- Various voltages: between 10 kV and 200 MV.
- Most part of important components of the transformers, such as branch connectors, actuators, connection terminals, are supplied by known European and US manufacturers;
- Manufacturing follows the IEC standards.
- Possibility to take specific orders for their implementation according to the submitted specifications.
- The plant uses the Quality Control System ISO 9001.
