Wind turbines for household users

Buitinės VE
Wind micro-turbines

They can supply homesteads with small amounts of electricity for lighting, radio, and minor household appliances. Their simple structure ensures durability and resistance to negative effects of the environment. The rated power of micro-turbines is from 200 W to 1 kW.

Domestic Wind Turbines

We offer vertical-axis wind turbines of a rated power of 1 kW, 3 kW, and 5 kW. One of the biggest advantages is the ability to make use of intermittent wind or the wind gusts that form over roofs of buildings.

Wind turbines of a rated power of 3 kW and 5 kW respectively generate 3,600 kW and 6,000 kW annually at the average wind velocity of 5 m/s (a rather windy location, at a height of 10 m above ground).

Following the directives of the European Commission, Lithuania must approve the procedure which will oblige to buy the electricity generated by domestic sources of electricity. In such case, the scheme of connection is the simplest and the cheapest, because accumulators and additional distribution equipment are not necessary: the surplus electricity will be transferred to the global power grid and will be taken from the grid upon demand.
